Chi-Blizz-Ma-Geddon is here!

The Great Chicago Blizzard of 2011 has begun.
Many have already dubbed it, snOMG!
I prefer to call it:
CHI-BLIZZ-MA-GEDDON!
They’ve shut down Lake Shore Drive and snow drifts of several feet in height are everywhere in the city!
Part of the roof of Wrigley Field has reportedly been blown off by high wind gusts, word is that Kuma’s Corner had some open tables tonight (which I totally would have jumped on if I didn’t already have a beef roast in the crockpot)..
The positive part of all of this is many people get a SNOW DAY tomorrow. Also, it’s very cool that twitter and the internet are keeping people informed for something other than what someone from a reality show ate for lunch.
Now if I can only remember where I put the paper cones and flavored syrup…
